Super PhotoCut App Reviews

This is my update after more use. I still believe that Super PhotoCut is a very good app but not worthy of five stars. i did have some difficulty with it not being able to hande some jpg files. Either was not able to process or cut just the opposite of what I wanted. i will still use this app often; just more limited. Sorry. Using it sometimes you are wowed; other times not so much. I am a teacher/communicator, and I illustrate my study sheets every week. Heavy on the graphics. Super PhotoCut is an excellent find. I just began using; have actually tested the app with several graphics and am surprisingly, pleasantly pleased with the outcome. Wow is probably not overstating. I was only going to give the app four stars so the developer would have something to shoot for but really it is an immediately useful tool in my graphics pouch. I have other apps that can remove objects, but none work like this. And nothing comes remotely close to the speed and ease of use. Just the frame tool will often completely clear the background. The fine-tune tools are very good also. I use this primarily to isolate graphics so I can set them on whatever background I choose. So glad I came across this on two dollar tuesday. :) And the real-time (play-by-play) window is excellent. Huge time saver.

If you want to quickly and easily mask images, this application does the job beautifully. It makes changing backgrounds or extracting key parts of an image extremely easy. You can spend ages with more expensive applications doing what this application does in seconds. until now it is the simplest application to remove the background of an image. no need to mess with photoshop or other complicated photo editing software. Very good design of app,additional user guides,so that users can easily learn to use. The design of left and right window makes the operation easy and intuitive. This is one of the best photo editing app I used..

This app is simply amazing and a great bargain for the functionalities it has to offer. I have been very impressed with the speed, design and ease of use. Will definitely recommend this to everyone who needs a dependable quality image editing software. The new update works seamlessly on MAC OSX El Capitan.

I downloaded this app today and I really like it. I have many app to deal with my photos, this one became the essential to me because it is easy to use and effective. Recommend to you all.

I just love SPC and still going strong! IMHO the best crop photo app in the Appstore. When I just want to cut out objects and save them for later to use in Pixelmator (iPad/Mac) or Acorn which are both great apps, SPC is my one stop to handle that task. Would like to see SPC on iPad if possible for work on the go.

Amazon just ordered all sellers in certain categories to have all white backgrounds on their product pictures or the listings wont’ show up on amazon after the start of the year. I was facing a job of retaking over 700 product pictures during the Christmas sales season as if that alone isn’t enough work. After trying about 10 different apps, I found this one. It allows you to change the background of a pic in a couple of clicks. So now a job that would have taken 200 or more hours is cut to about 20 hours. Thanks guys for making this AWESOME app!!!

This program is awesome!! It’s so freaking easy and works so well, I’m shocked. With so much crap on here that doesn’t work, it’s really nice to have something do exactly what it says and does it really well.

Not even close to being as good as many others … Not sure where those favorable 5 Star reviews came from as I bought this and tried it on several images. My only saving grace is I got it on sale. I will watch for future updates that might better correct the algorithm to better bring the results it purports but fails to deliver as seen in the tutorial.

Don’t get me wrong, it WAS a great app. Works well gets what I need done. However, the app will not work and closes as soon as I open. DO NOT BUY this app until they patch the errors.

…ClippingMagic. I used ClippingMagic years ago when it was free and that was the best I had ever used at that time to remove background from images. I have searched just as long for something, either on a website like ClippingMagic was on or an app like this one is to do the same work. It’s been ALMOST great so far. I have one issue with it currently that is causing a little inconvenience. It loads and edits the first picture that I need perfectly. I can load the second picture and as soon as I start selecting the image I want to keep, the program crashes. I just start the program again and it works for the first image and then the second image crashes the program. Sometimes I can get to the third image but it does inevitably crash. So for that reason and since the time to load isn’t that inconvenient, I can only give this program a 4 star rating. I mean, when it doesn’t crash, this is my favorite app to remove background. I hope that can be resovled and I will reconsider my rating to a 5 star ratiing if the crashes can stop. It really is that good.

It does a great job at detecting the area you want to keep automatically. My only complain is about the lack of shortcuts; everytime you click on "Move image", you have to click it to disable (a shortcut like "M" would be nice). Same thing for adding/removing markers and fine tuning.
